I must say our First Lady has been a fashion plate from day one, but at Saturday’s big White House Correspondent’s dinner, she took her look to the next 
level. I look forward to this event every year. It is a fun light-hearted dinner that brings politicos, journalists and celebrities together and features a comedic act. This year Conan O’Brien was featured after the President’s speech. While everyone got big laughs, the show stopper for me was Michelle.
She wore a stunning black cap-sleeve sparkling beaded lace and chiffon dress from the simply divine Monique Lhuillier. According to the Huffington Post, the designer tweeted “I am honored @MichelleObama is wearing me to the White House correspondence dinner tonight !! She looks amazing!!! xx Monique.” Our First Lady rocked an edgy smokey eye with flirtatious bangs framing a mod up-do and Catherine Angiel earrings.
She simply looked fantastic.
